  • To evaluate the Cost competitiveness and other investment parameters for setting up a unit in Uzbekistan for exports of Home Textiles.
  • To work with Compliant Sourcing setup with Sustainability built in the supply chain.

Activities Performed

  1. Mapped the total value chain from Raw material to Customer. Evaluated the scenarios with components coming from different countries.
  2. Create cost competitiveness scenarios and proposed the optimal value chain.
  3. Desk researched the government policies and if any advantages of fiscal benefits to any regions/countries in key global markets.
  4. Submitted recommendations.
