Mapping of value chain with Raw material / components
coming from India, East Asia, South America & South
Africa. Researched in detail the value-added and
non-value added activities within the chain as well as
the respective measurement of them.

Researched extensively for developing FSC certified
supply chains

Mapping of potential partners/ suppliers who were
willing to form alliances and create fully compliant
factories ( & supply chains).

Gap analysis for factories to be fully compliant and
worked with them on international best practices to
develop product categories for successful exports.

Started the production and supplied at competitive
prices to local as well as exports markets.
